How to create your account
To Create your account, select the account icon (person icon). This will take you to the login page where you will select the "Create Account" option. From there, you will fill out name, email, and password. Once you create your account, please give us one day to set up your account in our system. You will still be able to place orders via email at this time. You will receive an email when your account is activated and ready to place orders.
How to order
To order on our new online system, you need to be logged into a created and activated account. The video in this section will walk you through the steps of selecting products, progressing through the shopping cart, and our checkout process.
How to track orders
To track your orders in our new system, select the account icon (person icon). From here, you will need to login to a created and activated account. In the account menu, it will show all of the orders that have been placed, payment status, and also fulfillment status. You will also be able to see the addresses of the different locations that you have shipped to.
